Mike Phillips, President and Founder      

Mike Phillips AIA, IIDA, is the president and founder of Phillips Architecture PA, a 23-year-old multidisciplinary design firm in Raleigh, NC. Phillips Architecture has been awarded the “Leading by Example” Premier Award for Client Satisfaction, ZweigWhite’s Best Architectural Workplace and Best Collaborative Firm awards and has been named to the PSMJ Circle of Excellence. A registered architect and a certified interior designer, Phillips has incorporated his more than 30 years of commercial interiors and architectural experience into the development of a customized method of collecting and incorporating feedback to benefit architectural and engineering firms and their clients.

Ryan Suydam, Director of Operations and Co-Founder      

Ryan Suydam joined forces with Mike Phillips in 2000 and quickly began providing innovative technology solutions at Phillips Architecture. In 2003, he and Mike began laying the foundation for what would later become the Client Feedback Tool. Ryan has a degree in Architecture from N.C. State University and experience in many design fields. He currently serves as Director of Operations at Client Feedback Tool. In this role, Ryan works with clients to help implement the Feedback Tool in their firms. He also manages the development team using feedback from customers to continuously improve and enhance the Client Feedback Tool.

Terry Reynolds, Director Client Success & Client Experience Architect      

bill web3 Terry Reynolds is a 25-year veteran of marketing across multiple industries (consumer products, semiconductors, professional services). He has led corporate marketing for a mid-sized design firm the last 9 years managing the company’s brand, reputation, and client loyalty programs. At Client Feedback Tool, he works across our client’s organization to ensure their success from defining their client experience strategy through leveraging client insight to improve revenue, profit and employee engagement. Terry is an active blogger on LinkedIn focusing on the business impact of putting your clients at the center of everything you do. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Folsom, California.

Robb Fluet, Director of Business Development      

Robb joined Client Feedback Tool in 2016 after a career that started as an educator, he pivoted in to the consultative world of helping groups find solutions to their business challenges. Robb, as Regional Director of Business Development, focuses on working with teams on pinpointing goals for improvement in the client feedback cycle, and helping to develop a solution. Originally from Massachusetts (Go Sox!) Robb holds both Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the University of Massachusetts. In Robb’s free time he spends time with his fiance’ Katie, an attorney at Research Triangle Institute and their daughter Reagan. The family likes to spend time exploring their new hometown of Durham, catching a ball game, or running around with their three dogs, Jack, Lilly and Finn.

Eleanor Missimer, Client Services Manager

Eleanor Missimer joined the team in January 2012 as Client Services Manager. She is the first line of support for each of our clients whether they are new users looking for help or experienced users addressing challenges or implementing the latest feature. Eleanor helps new clients configure the Tool to best support their individual feedback strategies and works with them to develop project plans to help ensure success. With a diverse background that includes teaching and donor relations, her goal is to help users develop the skills and comfort level needed to effectively implement their client feedback and service goals.

Charles Perraut, Client Services Manager       

Charles Perraut joined the team in 2O14 as a Client Services Manager. He is the first line of support for clients helping with implementation and configuration of Client Feedback Tool for each firm's organizational needs. With 12 years of experience in research, IT, and operations, Charles helps clients see trends in their data and understand its impact and relevance to their firm. He also works with clients to simplify their feedback processes.

Ryanne Nelson, Business Administrator       

Ryanne Nelson joined the Client Feedback Tool team officially in July 2015 although she has been working with the team on a part-time basis since 2012. In addition to managing the business processing for CFT, Ryanne works closely with other members of the team on diverse projects. She has a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Forensic Psychology and is passionate about providing outstanding internal and external client service.
